Another Georgia man is behind bars after an Internet predator sting by the Aiken County Sheriff's Office.
44-year-old Arthur Clifton Highers from Waycross was arrested June 22. He apparently tried to solicit a person he thought was 14 year old for sex. It turned out to be an undercover cop.
Highers has been charged with one count of criminal solicitation of a minor, and one count of attempted criminal sexual conduct with a minor.
