The Augusta Aviation Commission decided not to renew Radio Cab's contract June 22.
Seven cab companies had previously filed lawsuits against the aviation commission, the consolidated government, and Radio Cab. The companies want damages for more than 20 years of not being allowed to pick up passengers at Augusta's airport.
