AUGUSTA, Ga.---Richmond County Deputies are looking for a masked armed robber who is on the run tonight after robbing two convenience stores today.

Investigators say the suspect robbed the BP on Wheeler Road and Interstate Parkway just before 9:30 P.M. They say he walked into the store, demanded money and ran.

Just a few miles down the road and seven hours earlier, Richmond County authorities say the same man robbed the Holiday Market.

In the surveillance video you can see the suspect walk in the store, point a gun at the clerk and demand money. The suspect grabbed a handful of cash when the clerk opened the cash register then ran.

Deputies say in both robberies, the man is a black male who wears a mask and all black clothing. He is believed to be about 19-20 years old, 5'6''-5'7'', and about 145-155 pounds.

If you know who he is you are asked to call the Richmond County Sheriff's Office.
