McKinney will not face criminal charges in police confrontation
A federal grand jury has decided not to indict Georgia congresswoman Cynthia McKinney.
This stems from a confrontation with a capitol police officer at the entrance to one of the hill office buildings.
A grand jury heard the evidence in the case and congresswoman McKinney will not face criminal charges.
