AUGUSTA, Ga.---Monday is the last day to register in Georgia for the 2008 November election.
A line of people formed outside and inside the Augusta Municipal Building and the Board of Elections office.
Elections officials told News 12 more than 100,000 people are registered to vote so far. That's a record for the county.
Those registering for the first time or re-registering because other issues are adding to the rolls.
The Board office plans to close at 5pm.
South Carolina's registration deadline was October 4.
