Glenn Hills High School student wins laptop
Satasia Smalls a junior attending Glenn Hills High School won a laptop computer during the High School/Hi Tech sessions at Augusta Technical College.

AUGUSTA, Ga.---Satasia Smalls, a junior, attending Glenn Hills High School won a laptop computer during the High School/Hi Tech sessions at Augusta Technical College. The event was held September 30. Satasia competed against other area high school students from Richmond and Columbia Counties.
The competitors had to create a PowerPoint presentation on the topic: “How a PC Can Help Me Transition to Work or Further My Education.”
The event was sponsored by Georgia High School/High Tech, a division of the Georgia Department of Labor Vocational Rehabilitation Program.
Ms. Smalls said her future goal is to further her education after
completing high school. “I am competing for this computer so that I will be able to do school assignments at home, as well as during my post secondary education.”
