One of the women involved in the deadly wreck in Columbia County Sunday has been released from the hospital and is behind bars.
Nebula McNeely is an alias for Denise Yvonne McNeely.
McNeely was paroled just under four weeks ago for a shoplifting conviction in Augusta and has been working at thermal ceramics.
However, she also has at least ten other felony convictions, including six for shoplifting dating back over 20 years.
Also Wednesday, June 7, felony shoplifting warrants were issued for Tiara Smith and Nebula McNeely.
Smith and McNeely were in an SUV when they hit a car, killing 3 people, including an unborn child.
Smith and McNeely are in the Columbia County jail.
Deputies are also checking on McNeely's real name.
