Pedestal for James Brown statue on its way

In case you've noticed the James Brown statue is missing, News 12 has learned it's in storage.

Martha King of Augusta Cares tells us the long-awaited pedestal for the statue is on its way.

Once the pedestal is put up, the statue will be back, just a little higher off the ground in the middle of Broad Street downtown.
