2 record companies sue Augusta man for illegal downloads, distribution

An Augusta man is in hot water over downloading music.

Two record companies are suing Damion Brown, saying that he illegally downloaded and distributed five songs.

Similar lawsuits have been filed by the recording industry against 65 people, including ten in Georgia.
