The South Carolina Attorney General reports Anthony Clark Odom, 32, was arrested by the Spartanburg County Sheriff's Office for solicitation of a minor.
Odom was the assistant solicitor who prosecuted James Brown after he was arrested for beating his wife.
Spartanburg County reports Odom thought he was asking a 13 year old for sex, when it was in fact a deputy.
