North Augusta man faces bigamy charges
Reports say 38-year-old David Kaney was arrested last week for bigamy.
He presented a marriage license to the Aiken County courthouse on February 18 after being married on February 11.
But Kaney was previously married in 1989 and has not filed for divorce.
