The second man accused of robbing at least two Columbia County banks is in jail.
Demetrius Freeman turned himself in to Kershaw County authorities Friday, May 5.
Authorities say Freeman and Vincent Savageau, who was previously arrested, robbed the CSRA Federal Credit Union on Belair Road and the Wachovia branch on Washington Road at Davis Road on April 27.
The two men may also be linked to at least two other robberies.
