Several international nursing students visited the Medical College of Georgia on Tuesday, May 2.
The teaching hospital was the last stop on a brief tour of medical centers in the southeast.
The students, from Kingston University in London, wanted the chance to compare and contrast how medicine is done in the US as compared to the UK.
They say one of the biggest differences is in how MCG keeps up with drugs and patients.
"The technology over here is way ahead of ours, and we can learn a lot from that and see what might be applicable to our health system," says nursing teacher Kim Tolley.
The students went to Aiken Regional Monday.
