Augusta Ga.--Charles Tremblay was indicted by a Grand Jury on Tuesday on 3 counts of being a peeping tom.

One incident was in November of 2007 and the other two in June.

Surveillance cameras at a local target caught Tremblay using a camera phone.
Deputies say he knelt down and took pictures up women's' clothes.
