Evans man indicted on fraud, money laundering

An Evans man has been indicted after an FBI investigation.

48-year-old Johnny Lee Hollis, Jr. faces 46 counts of mail fraud, 26 counts of wire fraud, and 31 counts of money laundering.

Hollis could spend up 40 years in prison if convicted.

He is now being held in the McDuffie County Jail.
