An Oglethorpe, Georgia man is behind bars for stalking and making harassing phone calls.
Michael D. Smith is in the Lincoln County Detention Facility.
He is being held without bond.
According to Lincoln County Sheriff Gerald Lawson, Smith was in the county asking questions about an underage girl.
There are more charges possible in this case.
