Jury selection is set to begin Tuesday, April 25 in the theft and conspiracy trial for former Georgia state school superintendent Linda Schrenko.
Ms. Schrenko is accused of stealing more than $600,000 in federal education money.
She's accused of using the money to pay for a failed campaign and a facelift, among other things.
She faces 22 counts of money laundering and 18 other counts ranging from conspiracy to fraud.
If convicted, Linda Schrenko could get up to 20 years in prison on each count.
