A two-car accident had Wednesday's rush hour traffic tied up on River Watch Parkway westbound, near the Augusta Canal.
One of the victims had to be pulled from the wreck and may be seriously injured.
The accident happened just before 5 pm April 19. Traffic was moving along again by 6:30.
