Burke County, Ga.-- Burke County Sheriff Greg Coursey tells News 12 Jeremy Long the father of 10 children taken into state custody has been arrested.
Long turned himself into the sheriff around 8:30 Friday morning.
Long is being charged with second degree cruelty to children, and is being held without bond.
Last week investigators found 11 children with their mother living in a home with no power, no running water, and little food.
10 of the children are in state custody, the 18 year old is with her mother. The mother has not been charged with anything.
