A woman accused of killing her husband in 2004 is set for trial this week in burke county.
Amy Walden is charged with killing her husband Johnnie "Clint" Walde in August of 2004.
The two had been married for five years.
Deputies say Amy Walden and their children walked around the dead body in the home for three days before officers moved in.
