SAVANNAH, Ga.---Federal investigators will release a report today on the deadly explosion at the Imperial Sugar Refinery near Savannah. In the report, OSHA investigators are to announce their findings about the February disaster that killed 13 workers and injured several others.

An initial investigation shows sugar dust at the plant was to blame, after it ignited like gunpowder. There's no word on whether the report will include any formal citations or fines against the plant.

Several of those injured came to the Joseph M. Still Burn Center in Augusta for treatment.
