At least three ticket scalpers have been arrested.
Reports say Shane Eisiminger of South Carolina and Mark Torchia of North Carolina are both charged with soliciting in a roadway.
Dennis Whyte from Florida is charged with misdemeanor disorderly conduct.
Scalping is not illegal, but scalpers are required to be at least 2700 feet from an event.
