AUGUSTA, Ga.---Today there was proof that every day is a day to learn.
About 400 Family Y campers took part in a leadership program in Augusta. Motivational speaker Duane West was the leader.
He talked about how your attitude when you're younger helps determine whether you'll be successful in life.
The campers also enjoyed some singing and dancing.
Cameron Dorsey of the Southside Y told News 12, "It's like...it's really fun, and it's the first time I've ever been on stage with someone special."
West has several programs that focus on different aspects of being responsible. They include having character, conflict resolution, creating goals, proper nutrition, fitness and career development.
