A fatal accident kills two children in South Georgia...and the driver in this one should not have been behind the wheel.
A 12-year-old girl was driving a truck near Ludowici in Long County, southwest of Savannah, when she lost control of the vehicle.
The truck ran off the road and flipped over, killing the girl who was driving and an 8-year-old passenger.
Three other children, one only two years old, were injured.
Investigators say the truck was owned by the 12-year-old driver's parents, and she was driving it with their permission.
The parents could face charges.
