Charles Walker given 30-day extension to submit restitution payment plan

Former State Senator Charles Walker has been given a 30-day extension to submit a plan to pay his restitution.

Walker is serving ten years in prison for 127 convictions of conspiracy and mail fraud.

Judge Dudley Bowen also ordered Walker to pay nearly $800,000 in restitution.

Walker has already paid thousands in fines.
