Since it was approved in 2000, the abortion pill known as RU486 has been used by more than half a million women in the US.
But there are new safety concerns about the drug.
Two more women who took RU486 suddenly died.
That brings the total number of deaths to 7.
Danco, the drug's manufacturer, argues there is no direct cause and effect between RU486 and these deaths.
They say that in any abortion, there is a one in 100,000 risk of sepsis or severe infection.
