Cox Arena NCAA games start late due to bomb scare
A March Madness scare Thursday afternoon.
Hundreds of people were ordered out of Cox Arena in San Diego hours before the first game there.
A bomb-sniffing dog detected a possible problem near a concession area.
After the investigation, the all clear was sounded, but the first game there started just over an hour late.
