SUV collides with ambulance at River Watch and Stevens Creek

In Augusta, an ambulance and an SUV collided at River Watch Parkway and Stevens Creek Road.

The SUV driver says he heard the siren, but didn't see the ambulance.

A woman in the back of the ambulance died, but deputies think she may have died before the accident.

Nobody else was seriously hurt, and the SUV driver was charged with failing to yield to the ambulance.
