Aiken man stabbed at front door
Aiken, SC., March 16--The Aiken County Sheriff’s Office is investigating an early morning attack, which left an Aiken man wounded.
The victim is identified as Vincent McManus, 26, of 630 - 6B Aldrich Street, Aiken, South Carolina.
Shortly after 2:00 a.m., the victim answered a knock at his front door. A man, armed with a knife, stabbed McManus in the chest and ran.
Aiken County Emergency Medical Services transported the victim to the Medical College of Georgia, in Augusta.
