Police in South Carolina want to talk to him about a fire at his grandmother's home where she was later found dead.
The fire happened Thursday in Holly Hill, between Columbia and Charleston.

While in Augusta, Bell sold the car investigators seized to someone living at the Super Inn.
Investigators aren't sure why bell was in Augusta, but know he has ties to somewhere in Georgia.
Willie Bell, Jr. lived with his grandmother, Annie Bell, in Orangeburg County, South Carolina.
Last week, Bell's grandmother was found dead in her home.
Now investigators want to question Bell.
