Some folks in Graniteville are saying they're being cheated.
At a meeting at USC Aiken, neighbors met with representatives from Norfolk Southern. That's the train company involved in last year's train accident and chemical spill in Graniteville.
Some members of the Graniteville community say there's a problem with the tax forms sent to everyone who received money from a community-wide settlement.
One man says he's being taxed for money he has yet to see.
"Like I got $1500, they're trying to tax us on $3500. And that's money I didn't get," says Robert Wise.
Other neighbors just had questions about the forms. They wanted to know if they could write off spoiled food, hotel costs, or gas money.
