A West Side High School student is smiling.
Jon Wiley is this year's winner in the t-shirt design contest for the annual Empty Bowl event.
He gets a savings bond for his efforts, and t-shirts with the design will be sold Sunday.
Empty Bowl is a fundraiser for the Augusta Jewish Center Food Pantry and Golden Harvest Food Bank.
It will take place Sunday from 11 am to 5pm at the Augusta Jewish Center in Evans.
