Two arrests in killing of homeless man

It was a crime that shocked many in downtown Augusta this week: A man's beaten body found stuffed in a trash container.

Now deputies say they've arrested a man and a woman in connection with the crime.

There are two arrests now in the killing of a homeless man.

Daniel Williams, Jr. is charged with murder and robbery, and Jessica Wegner is charged with robbery.

Police think they killed Ronald Emery and left his body in a trash container in the downtown area.
