We now know the names of the four people killed in Aiken County after overdosing on pain medication.
Donna Parker, Mary Deel, Josie Douglas, and Shawn Noe all died from a fatal dose of Fentanyl.
The four either injected or inhaled the gel inside a skin patch.
The drug is gaining in popularity because it has the same effects as heroin, but costs less than the street drug.
