Shooting suspect turns himself in
Officials are no longer looking for Shatner Kelly, after he turned himself in to Burke County Authorities.

BURKE CTY, GA.---Deputies in Burke County now have Shatner Kelly in custody. He was wanted for a shooting on June 13th. They did consider him armed and dangerous.
