Deputies in Burke County are looking for Shatner Latron Kelly. Kelly is wanted for a shooting that happened on June 13th at a residence in Girard.

Kelly is 23 years old with black hair and brown eyes. He's about 6'1" and 190 pounds with burn marks on his left arm.
