The bond appeal for former state senator Charles Walker has been denied. Mr. Walker has been ordered to report to federal prison no later than December 15th. It has not yet been determined which prison he will report to. Here is the breakdown of the restitution that the former senator has to pay: Best Buy will receive $5,822.32, K-Mart will receive $206,878.45, Walker's campaign fund will receive $60,346.12, and the CSRA Classic Fund will receive $425,000. That comes to a total of $698,046.89.
