Walker Sentenced to Prison

Former Sentator Charles Walker has been sentenced to 10 years and 1 month in a federal prison. Walker was also ordered to pay restitution in the amount of $698,046.89, a fine of $150,000.00, and a special assessment of $12,700.00 In June 2005, Walker was found guilty on 127 federal counts of fraud and conspiracy.
