UPDATE: Charges pending in Harlem accident

HARLEM, Ga. -- Two are in good condition and another has been discharged from the hospital after an accident in Harlem Monday afternoon.
James Ousley and his passenger are said to both be in good condition.
Eugene Williamson, the man who investigators say is at fault in the accident, has been discharged.
Charges are pending for Williamson.

HARLEM, Ga. -- Three were taken to the hospital after an accident on Gordon Highway Monday afternoon.
Investigators say 35-year-old Eugene Williamson crossed the center line, striking 65-year-old James Ousley's vehicle head on.
Ousley was airlifted to the hospital. Williamson was also taken to the hospital. Both are in serious condition.
A third person who was in Ousley's vehicle is in fair condition.
Investigators say Williamson claimed he heard something in the backseat and was checking on it when the accident happened.
Charges are pending for Williamson.
