DEARING, Ga. (WRDW) -- Three people are now dead after an accident in McDuffie County.

A two-vehicle accident involving a tractor-trailer and another car killed two people Friday afternoon, Georgia State Patrol said. The third, a 20 month old girl, died later Friday night.

The accident happened on Highway 221 near Neals Mill Road in McDuffie County, GSP said. Scott Craven and Brandi Ray, 32, were pronounced dead at the scene. Lilly Craven, who was almost two years old, was airlifted to GRU. Lilly was transported to the hospital but later died Friday night.

The accident happened at 1 p.m. The tractor-trailer driver was taken to the hospital by ground.

No word on charges or how the accident happened.
