AIKEN COUNTY, S.C. -- One man has been arrested and charged with murder after a fatal shooting in Bath late Saturday night.

Investigators say 45-year-old David Eugene Rosier Jr. has been arrested and charged in the murder of 20-year-old Donnie James Davis.

Rosier's son, 21-year-old Joseph Allen Rosier, was initially arrested in connection to the shooting but is no longer being charged with murder. Investigators say he will be charged with assault and battery due to a fight that happened right before the shooting.

The shooting happened late Saturday night on Church Street in Bath, S.C. Witnesses say an argument broke out that escalated to gun fire. The victim was shot in the face.
