AUGUSTA, Ga. (WRDW) -- Two men who are believed to be connected to multiple robberies within recent months have been arrested.

Khatrell Rashon Harris, 21, was arrested on Wednesday for several outstanding armed robbery warrants.

When Harris was found, investigators say he was with 20-year-old Trevin Dante Nixon, who they believe was also involved in the armed robberies. Nixon was also arrested.

Harris is charged with felony aggravated battery, possession of a firearm during the commission of a crime and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon for his role in a robbery that happened on the 2200 block of Winston Way on Dec. 22.

Harris and Nixon are accused in an armed robbery at the Time Saver on Mike Padgett Highway on Feb. 13 and an armed robbery at PJ's Grocery Store on Skinner Mill Road on March 1.

In addition, Harris is also facing armed robbery and weapons charges for an armed robbery at the BP Polo Gas Station on Gordon Highway on Feb. 7.
