A missing 3-year-old was found late Monday afternoon. His father, accused of taking him, has been arrested on unrelated charges. The boy, Noah Yates, had been missing since Sunday. Noah was last seen with his father, John Edward Stump. The boy was located at 450 N. Belair Road. He is unharmed and back with his mother.
