St. Joseph Hospital's Board of Directors and Ascension Health announced today that they have accepted the resignation of Andrew A. Lasser, Dr. P.H., St. Joseph Hospital's President and CEO, effective Monday, November 7, 2005. Lasser has been the President and CEO of St. Joseph Hospital since 2000. He is leaving to accept a position as the Executive Vice President for Business Development at University Hospital. Elaine Comeau, former vice president of clinical operations at St. Joseph Hospital, was named as interim president and CEO at St. Jospeh. Stay tuned to News 12 and wrdw.com for more information.
