The woman facing charges for ordering someone to kill her second husband....has waived extradition.
That means the Stanly County D.A.'s office in North Carolina will have to make arrangements to come to Augusta to get Betty Neumar.
Investigators found her previous husband shot to death in 19-86.
Now -- they're looking to see if she had anything to do with the death of an Augusta man -- John Neumar -- who was her third husband.
