One Step Closer To Court:

The investigation into an alleged sexual assault against a former Butler High teacher, could be one step closer to going to court. Former Band Director, Anthony Shelton, is accused of having sex multiple times, with a 16-year-old student. Investigators tell News 12, they're talking to the alleged victim, and are interviewing more people at Butler. We're told the case could go before the D.A.'s offfice before they file charges, if they find enough evidence

Parents Fight For School:

Parents are fired up in a small town in Bamber County, in an effort to save their children's elementary school from shutting down. About 30 parents tell News 12, they do not want their children to have to go to Richard Carroll Elementary, which is 15 miles away. They say the school has a history of mold and mildew. It's a problem the school superintendent says they're aware of.

Burglary Suspect Behind Bars::

Another suspected burglar is in jail, and investigators believe he's linked to the recent burglaries in The Hill area. They are not releasing his name or mug shot just yet.
