Six men are fined and given six months probation for soliciting sex from other men at two Augusta parks. They were arrested in February at Pendleton King Park and near the canal.

James Lee Martin, 41, of 1000 block of Cedar View Circle; Robert Earl Duggar, 81, of 2900 block of Rocky Creek; Frank Eugene Ricci, 49, of Sparta, Ga.; Charles Carroll Odum, 65, of 5600 block of Reese Drive; John Clifford Gregory, 55, of Hephzibah; and Paul Anthony Troncalli, 71, of 2100 block of Shamrock Drive pleaded no contest to charges of disorderly conduct.

Harry Franklin Taylor, 43, of Hephzibah, who was also charged, was acquitted Monday.

The men were also told to stay away from all Richmond County parks.
