ALLENDALE, S.C.--- On Monday, April 28 a judge granted bond for a man accused of killing his girlfriend and the mother of his child.

One day later Derek Maner was returned to custody in Hampton County.
The Allendale Sheriff's Department tells News 12 that Maner violated one of the conditions of his bond.

Some of those conditions include that Maner had to be enrolled at Benedict College for the Fall Semester, and while at college, he is under house arrest, meaning he can only go to college, church and work.

The South Carolina Law Enforcement headed the investigation into the violation of the bond condition.

Maner is suspected in the death and disappearance of Ericka Bradley, who has been missing since November 2006.

So far, her remains have not been found, but Allendale investigators are hoping Maner will tell them where to find her body.

It is a great thing that he is back behind bars. To the Bradley Family, my prayers are that you will receive some closure soon. Richmond County is a joke all the way around---from the James Brown Arean mess to the judical system. Letting him out just proved this point.

FIRST I would like to say to the Bradley family, just PRAY!! This is only a test.He is going to get just what he deserves.God is not sleep!!!I dont understand how he was granted bond and maybe its not for me to understand.Derek knows as well as the police what he has done to Erica. His bail should have been DENIED!!!Nevertheless he is out and now the family has to deal with that!!!What kind of man is he!!!To whomever helped him and has knowledge of his dirty work,HOW COULD YOU LIVE WITH YOURSELVES!!!!We are talking about the life of a beautiful young mother whose life was just beginning. To the family-just let the system do their job and dont make any mistakes that jeopardizes the case.JUST TRUST AND BELIEVE IN GOD AND HE WILL WORK IT OUT!!It may seems as if hes getting away with what he has done but he wont.I know that it wont bring Erica back but at least its a step forward to putting that CREEP where he belongs!!

You got to be kidding me. I know you're innocent until proven guilty but come on. Perhpas this is a ploy to get him to tell where the body is. If so, it's not a good one cause he'd definitely be admitting guilt then, which can result in the dealth penalty since it's 2 murders if I'm not mistaken.
