ALLENDALE, S.C.--- On Monday, April 28 a judge granted bond for a man accused of killing his girlfriend and the mother of his child.
One day later Derek Maner was returned to custody in Hampton County.
The Allendale Sheriff's Department tells News 12 that Maner violated one of the conditions of his bond.
Some of those conditions include that Maner had to be enrolled at Benedict College for the Fall Semester, and while at college, he is under house arrest, meaning he can only go to college, church and work.
The South Carolina Law Enforcement headed the investigation into the violation of the bond condition.
Maner is suspected in the death and disappearance of Ericka Bradley, who has been missing since November 2006.
So far, her remains have not been found, but Allendale investigators are hoping Maner will tell them where to find her body.
