MARIETTA, Ga. (AP) -- The so-called "Barbie Bandits" were sentenced Monday in Cobb County Superior Court in Marietta.

Twenty-year-old Heather Lyn Johnston was sentenced to 10 years probation for a bank heist at a Bank of America branch at a Kroger store in Acworth on February 27th, 2007.

19-year old Ashley MIller will spend two years in prison, and be on probation for eight years on theft and drug convictions.

Johnston pleaded guilty to theft by taking and misdemeanor marijuana possession.

A former teller at the bank, Benny Allen, received a ten year sentence and will serve five. He judge gave him a harsher sentence because he said Allen did not testify truthfully in the trial of another co-defendant.

That man, Michael Chastang, went to try and was convicted of helping to plot the heist. He will be sentenced Tuesday.

Authorities say the young men went shopping at Lenox Square mall and Phipps Plaza after the heist. They also got their hair done.
