Hilton Head Island, SC--

The search for a Hilton Head couple now missing for over two weeks has moved to a southeast Georgia landfill.

A tip prompted a search for John and Elizabeth Calvert. They lived on a yacht at Hilton Head and managed a marina. She also is a lawyer in Savannah.

A close business associate of the Calverts committed suicide last week, and police have not released details of the two notes he left.

The landfill is where trash from Hilton Head is taken after it's processed. So far, there are no signs of bodies or human remains there.

The Associated Press contributed to this report.
